Article 1U.K.Scope
This Regulation lays down the rules on:
(a)
the financing of expenditure under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), including expenditure on rural development;
(b)
the farm advisory system;
(c)
the management and control systems to be put in place by the Member States;
(d)
the cross-compliance system;
(e)
clearance of accounts.
