Article 1
Article 1(1) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No 476/2013 is replaced by the following:
‘1.
For the 2013/2014 marketing year, the quantitative limit referred to in point (d) of the first paragraph of Article 61 of Regulation (EC) NO 1234/2007 shall be 1 350 000 tonnes for exports without refund of out-of-quota white sugar falling within CN code 1701 99.’
