When drafting the evaluation report and in the light of the findings and the assessments contained in that evaluation report, Member States’ experts and the Commission representatives shall draft recommendations for remedial action aimed at addressing any deficiencies identified during the evaluation and give an indication of the priorities for implementing them, as well as, where appropriate, examples of good practices.

The Commission shall submit a proposal to the Council to adopt the recommendations referred to in paragraph 1.

The Council shall adopt the recommendations referred to in paragraph 1 and shall transmit them to the European Parliament and to the national parliaments.
