The products included in the special incentive arrangement for sustainable development and good governance are listed in Annex IX.

The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts, in accordance with Article 36, to amend Annex IX to take into account amendments to the Combined Nomenclature affecting the products listed in that Annex.
