1.[F1The competent authority must:]
(a)F2... ensure that any amendments adopted under the framework of the Chicago Convention which are of relevance with respect to the scope of this Regulation are monitored and analysed; and
(b)where necessary, F3... develop proposals for amendments to the Annex to this Regulation.
2.The provisions of F4... Article 7 regarding amendments to the Annex shall apply as appropriate.
