Article 6Monitoring of amendments

F1The competent authority must:
(a)
F2... ensure that any amendments adopted under the framework of the Chicago Convention which are of relevance with respect to the scope of this Regulation are monitored and analysed; and
(b)
where necessary, F3... develop proposals for amendments to the Annex to this Regulation.
2.
The provisions of F4... Article 7 regarding amendments to the Annex shall apply as appropriate.
