For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply:

F1“group” means a parent undertaking and its subsidiary undertakings, and for these purposes, “parent undertaking” and “subsidiary undertaking” have the meanings given in section 420 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;
