The F2CAA shall develop acceptable means of compliance (hereinafter called ‘AMC’) that F3... organisations and personnel may use to demonstrate compliance with the provisions of the Annex I (Part 21) to this Regulation.

The AMC issued by the F4CAA shall neither introduce new requirements nor alleviate the requirements of the Annex I (Part 21) to this Regulation.

Without prejudice to Articles 54 and 55 of Regulation (EC) No 216/2008, when the acceptable means of compliance issued by the F5CAA are used, the related requirements of the Annex I (Part 21) to this Regulation shall be considered as met without further demonstration.
