Article 18Obligations of the F1Designated National Authority for controlling import and export

F2The Designated National Authority shall have the responsibility of controlling the import and export of chemicals listed in F3Parts 1, 2 and 3 of the GB PIC list.
F4The Designated National Authority shall act in a targeted and coordinated way in monitoring exporters’ compliance with this Regulation.
