A verifier shall keep records, including records on competence and impartiality of personnel, to demonstrate compliance with this Regulation.

A verifier shall on a regular basis make information available to the operator or aircraft operator and other relevant parties in accordance with the harmonised standard referred to in Annex II.

A verifier shall safeguard the confidentiality of information obtained during the verification in accordance with the harmonised standard referred to in Annex II.
