The verifier shall assess whether the operator or aircraft operator has corrected the non-conformities indicated in the verification report related to the previous monitoring period according to the requirements on the operator referred to in Article 69(4) of Regulation (EU) No 601/2012, where relevant.

Where the operator or aircraft operator has not corrected those non-conformities, pursuant to Article 69(4) of Regulation (EU) No 601/2012, the verifier shall consider whether the omission increases or may increase the risk of misstatements.

The verifier shall report in the verification report whether those non-conformities have been resolved by the operator or aircraft operator.

The verifier shall record in the internal verification documentation details of when and how identified non-conformities are resolved by the operator or aircraft operator during the verification.
