Article 96 U.K. Repeal

[F1 Without prejudice to Articles 86, 89 to 93 and 95 of this Regulation, Directive 98/8/EC is hereby repealed with effect from 1 September 2013 .]

References to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to this Regulation and read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex VII.
