Decisions of the competent authority taken pursuant to this Regulation may be appealed against in accordance with regulation 14 of the Biocidal Products and Chemicals (Appointment of Authorities and Enforcement) Regulations 2013.

Fees may be payable as appropriate by the person bringing an appeal.

An appeal lodged pursuant to paragraph 1 shall have suspensive effect.
