The list of health claims which may be made on foods, as referred to in F1Article 13(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Health claims referred to in paragraph 1 may be made on foods in compliance with the conditions set out in the Annex.
