1.Article 3(d) and (e) and Article 4(b), (c) and (d) shall not apply to printed advertisements and printed technical promotional material published before [X129 September 2013].
2.Household tumble driers placed on the market before [X129 May 2013] shall comply with the provisions of Directive 95/13/EC.
3.Household tumble driers which comply with the provisions of this Regulation and which are placed on the market or offered for sale, hire or hire-purchase before [X129 May 2013] shall be regarded as complying with the requirements of Directive 95/13/EC.
