Article 3(d) and (e) and Article 4(b), (c) and (d) shall not apply to printed advertisements and printed technical promotional material published before X129 September 2013.

Household tumble driers placed on the market before X129 May 2013 shall comply with the provisions of Directive 95/13/EC.

Household tumble driers which comply with the provisions of this Regulation and which are placed on the market or offered for sale, hire or hire-purchase before X129 May 2013 shall be regarded as complying with the requirements of Directive 95/13/EC.
