ASSISTANCE</b></heading><article eId="article-24" uk:target="true"><num>Article 24</num><heading>Quality of service</heading><paragraph eId="article-24-1"><num>1.</num><content><p>The Commission and the Member States shall ensure that the parts of the computerised system necessary for the exchange of information described in this Regulation are operational, appropriately maintained and further developed.</p></content></paragraph><paragraph eId="article-24-2"><num>2.</num><content><p>The Commission and the Member States shall conclude a service level agreement and agree a security policy for the computerised system. The service level agreement shall define the technical quality and quantity of the services to be delivered by the Commission and the Member States in order to ensure the secure functioning of all parts of the computerised system and of the electronic communication and the allocation of responsibilities for the further development of that system.</p></content></paragraph></article></chapter></body></act></akomaNtoso>
