CHAPTER IIEXPORT AUTHORISATION, PROCEDURES AND CONTROLS AND IMPORT AND TRANSIT MEASURES

Article 11

1.

F1The Secretary of State shall:

(a)

refuse to grant an export authorisation if the applicant has a criminal record concerning conduct constituting an offence F2punishable by a term of imprisonment of not less than four years;

(b)

annul, suspend, modify or revoke an export authorisation if the conditions for granting it are not met or are no longer met.
