THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,
Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation)1,
Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 of 17 December 1987 establishing an agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds2, and in particular the fourth paragraph of Article 3 thereof,
Whereas:
The full version of the refund nomenclature valid at 1 January 2013, as it ensues from the regulatory provisions on export arrangements for agricultural products, should be published,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
