A report shall use a legal entity identifier to identify:

(a)

a beneficiary which is a legal entity;

(b)

a broking entity;

(c)

a CCP;

(d)

a clearing member;

(e)

a counterparty which is a legal entity;

(f)

a submitting entity.]
