Regulation (EC) No 607/2009 is amended as follows:

1. 1)

   In the second subparagraph of Article 56(3), point (b) is replaced by the following:

   1. b)

      to authorise the replacement of the words 'producer' or 'produced by' by the words listed in Annex Xa to this Regulation.'

2. 2)

   Annex Xa, the text of which is set out in the Annex hereto, is inserted.
