Implementing Regulation (EU) No 543/2011 is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   in Article 97, the second sentence of point (b) is replaced by the following:

   ‘The annual report shall contain in particular the information set out in Annex XIV and its notification shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/20098;’;

2. (2)

   in Annex XIV, part A, point 1(b) is deleted.
