Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 is hereby amended as follows:

1. (1)

   the title is replaced by the following:

   ‘Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 of 27 May 2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with the Al-Qaida network’;

2. (2)

   in Article 1(5), the words ‘and the Taliban’ are deleted;

3. (3)

   in Article 2(3), the words ‘Usama bin Laden’ and ‘and the Taliban’ are deleted.
