Article 2U.K.Entry into force and applicability
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Points 1 to 7 and point 10 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2011.
Points 8 and 9 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 February 2011.
