Article 4
1.
In accordance with the provisions of Title III of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2220/858 each tenderer shall lodge a security of EUR 150 per tonne of sugar to be imported under this Regulation.
Where a tender is successful, that security shall become the security for the import licence.
2.
The security referred to in paragraph 1 shall be released in the case of unsuccessful tenderers.
