For the purpose of this Chapter, the following definition shall apply:
‘Fisheries and aquaculture products’ means any products which fall under Chapter 3, subheading 1212 21 00 of Chapter 12 and under headings 1604 and 1605 of Chapter 16 of the Combined Nomenclature established by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 (1) .]
