Section 1 U.K. Completion and transmission of a fishing logbook, landing declaration and transhipment declaration data in electronic format

Article 37 U.K. Format for transmission of data from [F1 a] [F1 [F2 United Kingdom] fishing vessel] to the competent authority of [F3 a fisheries administration]

[F4 A fisheries administration must] determine the format to be used between [F5 United Kingdom fishing vessels] and their competent authorities for the completion and transmission of fishing logbook, transhipment declaration and landing declaration data as referred to in Articles 15, 21 and 24 of the Control Regulation.

[F6 The fishing logbook, transhipment declaration and landing declaration in electronic format shall be completed in accordance with the instructions set out in Annex X.]
