Article 37Format for transmission of data from F1aF1F2United Kingdom fishing vessel to the competent authority of F3a fisheries administration

F4A fisheries administration must determine the format to be used between F5United Kingdom fishing vessels and their competent authorities for the completion and transmission of fishing logbook, transhipment declaration and landing declaration data as referred to in Articles 15, 21 and 24 of the Control Regulation.

F6The fishing logbook, transhipment declaration and landing declaration in electronic format shall be completed in accordance with the instructions set out in Annex X.
