Article 154 U.K. Information without prior request

[F1 1. When a fisheries administration becomes aware of any potential non-compliance with Fisheries Rules, in particular serious infringement referred to in Article 90(1) of the Control Regulation or reasonably suspects that such an infringement may occur, it must notify the countries concerned without delay. That notification shall supply all necessary information.]

[F2 2. When a fisheries administration takes enforcement measures in relation to a non-compliance or an infringement referred to in paragraph 1, it must notify the other countries concerned.]

3. All notifications according to this Article shall be made in writing.
