Article 112 Control of fisheries products withdrawn from the market

Officials shall verify that fisheries products withdrawn from sale in accordance with Article 17 of Council Regulation (EC) No 104/2000(1) are disposed of in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2493/2001(2).
