Article 49Identification numbers and lists of F2approved bodies

The F3Secretary of State shall assign an identification number to each F4approved body.

It shall assign a single such number even where the body is F4approved under several F5relevant enactments.

The F6Secretary of State shall make publicly available the list of F7approved bodies, including the identification numbers that have been allocated to them and the activities for which they have been F8approved.

The F9Secretary of State shall ensure that this list is kept up-to-date.

The Secretary of State may authorise the UK national accreditation body to compile and maintain the list referred to in paragraph 2.
