The F2Secretary of State shall assign an identification number to each F3approved body.

It shall assign a single such number even where the body is F3approved under several F4relevant enactments.

The F5Secretary of State shall make publicly available the list of F6approved bodies, including the identification numbers that have been allocated to them and the activities for which they have been F7approved.

The F8Secretary of State shall ensure that this list is kept up-to-date.

The Secretary of State may authorise the UK national accreditation body to compile and maintain the list referred to in paragraph 2.
