[F2An approved] body to be authorised to carry out third party tasks in the process of assessment and verification of constancy of performance which demonstrates its conformity with the criteria laid down in the relevant [F3designated] standards or parts thereof F4... shall be presumed to comply with the requirements set out in Article 43 in so far as the applicable [F3designated] standards cover those requirements.
