Registrations of substances under Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and updates pursuant to Article 22 of that Regulation may be submitted in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation as from 19 March 2011 and shall comply with this Regulation from 19 March 2013.

Registrations of substances under Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 that are not in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation shall be updated in order to comply with this Regulation no later than 19 March 2013. Article 22(5) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 shall not apply to those updates.
