CHAPTER VIENFORCEMENT AND NATIONAL ENFORCEMENT BODIES

Article 28National enforcement bodies

F1... F2A designated enforcement body shall take the measures necessary to ensure compliance with this Regulation.

Each body shall, in its organisation, funding decisions, legal structure and decision making, be independent of carriers, tour operators and terminal managing bodies.

Any passenger may submit a complaint, in accordance with any applicable law (other than this Regulation) to the appropriate designated enforcement body or designated complaints body, about an alleged infringement of this Regulation.

Article 29Report on enforcement

By 1 June 2015 and every 2 years thereafter, the F5designated enforcement bodies F6... shall publish a report on their activity in the previous 2 calendar years, containing in particular a description of actions taken in order to implement this Regulation and statistics on complaints and sanctions applied.

Article 30Cooperation between enforcement bodies

 F7The designated enforcement bodies shall, whenever appropriate, exchange information on their work and decision making principles and practices.
