Article 9
In Article 84 of Regulation (EC) No 1122/2009, the following paragraph 6 is added:
‘6.
The notifications referred to in Article 40(2) and paragraph 5 of this Article shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/200925.’.
