‘Article 23Notification to the Commission

1.

Producing Member States shall notify to the Commission, by 30 June each year at the latest, of:

(a)

a list of hop production areas;

(b)

a list of the certification centres and the code for each centre;

(c)

the names and addresses of the competent certification authorities.

2.

The notifications referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 792/200919.’.
