The diseases listed by the OIE in [F1Chapter 1.3 of the Terrestrial Animal Health Code, 2019] edition, and in Chapter 1.3 of the [F2Aquatic Animal Health Code, 2019] edition, shall be regarded as serious transmissible diseases for the purposes of general animal health restrictions, as provided for in Article 6(1)(b)(ii) of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009.
