CHAPTER VI U.K. REGISTRATION AND APPROVAL OF ESTABLISHMENTS AND PLANTS

[F1 Article 20a U.K. Lists of establishments, plants and operators F2 ...

The competent authority F3 ... shall ensure that up-to-date lists of establishments, plants and operators, referred to in the first subparagraph of Article 47(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 are:

(a)

drawn up in accordance with the technical specifications published on the [F4 website of the relevant appropriate authority];

(b)

either entered in [F5 the appropriate computerised information management system] or accessible by means of [F5 the appropriate computerised information management system] as of 31 October 2021 at the latest.]
