1.In accordance with the provisions of Title III of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2220/85(1) each tenderer shall lodge a security of EUR 150 per tonne of sugar to be imported under this Regulation.
2.Where a tender is successful, that security shall become the security for the import licence.
3.The security referred to in paragraph 1 shall be released in case of unsuccessful tenderers.
