Compliance with Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of substances referred to in Articles 6(1), 6(2), 6(4), 6(5) and 14(2) of this Regulation which are not F2authorised substances shall be assessed in accordance with internationally recognised scientific principles on risk assessment.
