               <Text>This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the <Emphasis>Official Journal of the European Union</Emphasis>.</Text>
            </P1para>
            <P1para>
               <Text>It shall apply:</Text>
            </P1para>
            <P1para>
               <OrderedList Type="alpha" Decoration="parens">
                  <ListItem NumberOverride="(a)">
                     <Para>
                        <Text>from 1 July 2010 for beef and veal, butter, skimmed milk powder and cereals; and</Text>
                     </Para>
                  </ListItem>
                  <ListItem NumberOverride="(b)">
                     <Para>
                        <Text>from 1 September 2010 for rice.</Text>
                     </Para>
