Article 7Obligations concerning systems using a consumable reagent
1.
Manufacturers, repairers and operators of the vehicles shall not tamper with systems which use a consumable reagent.
2.
Operators of the vehicles shall ensure that vehicles are not being driven without a consumable reagent.
