This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 7 August 2009. However, Articles 8(3) and 10 shall apply from 7 August 2009 and points 1(a)(i), 1(b)(i), 2(a), 3(a)(i), 3(b)(i), 3(c)(i), 3(d)(i) and 3(e)(i) of Annex II shall apply from 31 December 2013.
