The rates of the refunds applicable to the basic products listed in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1043/2005 and in Article 1(1) of Regulation (EEC) No 2771/75, and exported in the form of goods listed in Part XIX of Annex XX to Regulation (EEC) No 1234/2007, shall be fixed as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 19 September 2008.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
