Article 29bScope

This Chapter lays down specific rules for the organic production of the products of the wine sector as referred to in Article 1(1)(l) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/200726.

Commission Regulations (EC) No 606/200927 and (EC) No 607/200928 shall apply, save as explicitly provided otherwise in this Chapter.
