Regulation (EC) No 1591/95 is amended as follows:

1. 1.

   in Article 2 of, the second paragraph is replaced by the following:

   ‘However, for the purpose of applying this Regulation, section 20 of the licence application and of the licence shall contain one of the entries listed in the Annex.’;

2. 2.

   the text in Annex II to this Regulation is added as an Annex.
