[F11.This Regulation shall apply to all rail journeys and services throughout the United Kingdom provided by railway undertakings to which regulation 5 of the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005 , or regulation 43 of the Railways Infrastructure (Access, Management and Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 apply.]
