F1The appropriate Minister must inform each other authority who in relation to any constituent part of Great Britain is the appropriate Minister of primary outbreaks of bluetongue.

F3The appropriate Minister shall implement bluetongue monitoring and surveillance programmes in accordance with the minimum requirements set out in Annex I.
