Article 3 U.K. Content of the [F1 United Kingdom] PRTR

The [F1 United Kingdom] PRTR shall include information on:

(a)

releases of pollutants referred to in Article 5(1)(a) that must be reported by the operators of the facilities carrying out the activities listed in Annex I;

(b)

off-site transfers of waste referred to in Article 5(1)(b) and of pollutants in [F2 urban] waste water referred to in Article 5(1)(c), that must be reported by the operators of the facilities carrying out the activities listed in Annex I;

(c)

releases of pollutants from diffuse sources referred to in Article 8(1), where available.
