For the purposes of Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 of, and Annex 2 to, this Regulation, a transporter authorisation, certificate of competence or certificate of approval granted or issued in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man is to be recognised as if it were issued by [F2 the competent authority] in Great Britain.]
